Ok confession, I really really really want to get up and hit the gym, BUT I cannot sleep. OR if I can I can't get up. I know my awful eating is making this worse, but seriously how can the will-powerless find the power to change? Help! I can change a million things about my food, or nail polish, or hair color, but why is it that I can't figure out how to manipulate time for me to workout? It's not rocket science, if I go it will make me feel better. ugh.
